Absolutely! We require an initial deposit to secure the booking with Kona Made and the remaining balance is split up into “milestone” payments as we complete your project.

At this time, Kona Made does not provide website hosting and requires our clients to secure hosting from a 3rd party provider, if applicable. We are happy to provide recommendations!

Unfortunately, we do require formal brand guidelines and assets to complete any website project we work on. We ideally love to develop our client's brand before we tackle their website, so we’re here for it!

Kona Made’s goal is to provide our clients with all of the tools to maintain their website internally post launch. However, we know our clients are busy people running their exceptional business’ and Kona Made is always available to set up a retainer-type relationship to make monthly updates to your site moving forward.
